The customer was looking for a partner who could help them with automation of their Payment collection & Reconciliation process for cargo shipping and real-time accounting of payments made by the customer.

The system would be required to have 24x7 availability for generation of Original BL, HBL Copy, HSS Agreement Copy, Consignee NOC, CMC Bond Copy, Import/Export online & offline payment, etc.


Solution Offered

Mindgate’s team of consultants did a detailed requirement analysis for a clear understanding. Under this analysis it suggested a comprehensive web-based portal to be developed for the customer. This portal would include modules helping the customer to create requisite document, provide offline payment updates / make online payment, download copies and upload requisite documents. Backend verification, payment accounting & reconciliation platform.
